FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What visa do I need?
Most short-term visitors enter Korea on a tourist visa (B-2), which allows stays up to 90 days depending on your nationality. If you plan to study Korean for a longer period, you may need a student visa (D-4). We can help guide you through the process — just let us know your plans and nationality.
How much does Room & Board cost?
Room & Board pricing depends on the room type, length of stay, and meal plan. Contact us on WhatsApp for a personalized quote.
Is the homestay suitable for minors?
Yes. We offer guardianship services ($500 USD for 8 weeks) for students under 18. Our family member Hangseo is a retired police officer who ensures a safe and secure environment for all guests.
What is included in the homestay?
Every homestay includes a fully furnished private room, high-speed WiFi, laundry facilities, and access to shared living spaces. Optional add-ons include home-cooked Korean dinner ($12 USD per meal) and a SIM card setup ($100 USD).
Can I study Korean and do the homestay together?
Absolutely — most of our students do both! Living with a Korean family gives you real-world practice outside of class. We coordinate your class schedule and homestay so everything fits together seamlessly.
How do I get from the airport to your home?
We offer two airport pickup options: private car service ($130 USD) for a direct door-to-door ride, or guided public transit ($75 USD) where we meet you at the airport and ride together. Both options get you home safely on your first day.
What if I need to cancel?
We handle cancellations on a case-by-case basis. Life happens, and we understand plans can change. Reach out to us as soon as possible and we will work with you to find a fair solution.
